directed by Hannah Stout
Four literary heroines (Elizabeth Bennet from Pride & Prejudice, Jo March from Little Women, Cathy from Wuthering Heights, and Jane Eyre from Jane Eyre) set conventionalism ablaze when they turn down marriage proposals from their equally famous gentlemen callers. What results is a mess of love, anger, grief, and bloodshed, as the ensemble struggles to reconcile romantic ideologies of the past with their modern ideas of independence.
Performances: February 7-9; ticket info to come.
ABBA's hits tell the hilarious story of Donna, an independent hotelier in the Greek islands, as she is preparing for her daughter's wedding with the help of two old friends. Meanwhile Sophie, the spirited bride, has a plan. She secretly invites three men from her mother's past in hope of meeting her real father and having him escort her down the aisle on her big day.
Participation & performance information to come.
